Here's my delima:
The Vstrom as we all know isnt the best choice for an Enduro or Hare Scramble type ride. So I;ve been searching high and low for my next bike. If I go less than 500cc it wont qualify as a "Big Bike" for some of the rides I like to go on. So. I have some Cash limitations so NEW is out of the equation as well.
Below are the options I've explored and some of my thought process. I;d like to hear other opinions on the same.
WR250: I own a 95YZ/WR250 and from what I can tell other than street legal its about the same bike. With my Fat Ass I need something with a bit more power and less snap.
KLR650: These just don't excite me. I've never liked their power band for my riding stlye and definately not enough snap for my fat ass.
XR650 .. I'd like to have one but no one gives them up cheap unless they are BEAT and or they need alot of help which ends up soaking you in the end, you'd wish you would have bought a new one to begin with.
DRZ400: Jorge has graciously offered for me to ride his and if I like it I have the option of purchasing it.
Husky 610: There's one close by me for sale almost in my back yard that needs a new home.
Jeff
